About Us

Our Story

Our story starts in the summer of 2018, when the two brothers-in-law, Abel Crisostomo and Rene Posadas, took over Jersey’s Tomato Pies and Bistros. After many years of working in food service, it was finally time to bring their love of cooking and serving others to the next level in their very own place.

Our house specialty is the Tomato Pie, a special kind of pizza that puts the sauce in the spotlight. We use only the best San Marzano tomatoes in our sauce, and this is the best way to experience it.  If you love Fresh Mozzarella, the Brooklyn Pie is a must-try!

We take great care to be innovative in our cooking while keeping the traditional ways intact.  Our experience shows that with a little luck and a lot of hard work, you can make your dreams come true.

We are honored to be a part of the Southampton community and we look forward to serving the neighborhood for many years to come!
